Aftermarket footpegs

Hey guys, first post. Love reading all of your incredibly informative posts on here. I have searched all over the place, and i need some help.

I want to replace the stock driver footpegs with a better looking set, similar to the passenger footrests. Any links out there? I find it hard to believe that it's so difficult to find aftermarkets for these. Thanks so much, and keep feeding the knowledge to the Fazer lovers. :bowdown

Anyone know if I can use this TopDesign fairing

and still be able to put on these LSL frame sliders? It looks like it would work, but I'm not 100% sure - has anyone bought that lower fairing kit?

Hkarl, its gloss black not Diamond Black.
I have one on my Diamond balck '05 FZ6 and you can hardly tell it is not colour matched

I finally recieved my TopLine Fairing today and installed it. I'm in heaven now and love it! Here is the link to my gallery with pics from all the angles. Also, here is one very large pic for this post. The color is very good and the fit is perfect. I still need to tweek the brackets to get the body lines perfect but is is pretty good like it is. Now my bike is complete (until I get my sliders and new wind screen).

i'd like to change the glasses of my turn signals to clear or dark ones. afaik i need orange or chrome bulbs to do that. however i want to keep the running lights, but can't find bulbs which have 2 filaments. do you know where to get those?

I purchased LEDs from AutoLumination and am happy with them. You'll want to look for the 3157 bulbs as they are the dual fillament, the 3156 are singles.

I was in an accident and since then have decided to rip off the front fairing rather than replace it (after I saw the euro version, I was compelled to take it off.) Or does anyone know whether the fz1dash is compatible(I like that one more than the fz6)? Any info would be great.

Joe.. Be careful about spending money on guages before you make sure that the FZ6 doesn't have some of it's computer functions routed through the guage cluster and won't run without it. You may need to order a Euro gauge setup.

BTW - I used to live in NSB...

The fizzer runs fine without a gague unit. I had mine off during a minor faring repair, and desided to see what riding the bike naked felt like. I found a nice one at www.kosonorthamerica.com it would have to be custom wired. But it has and analog tach and looks alot like the 07' unit.

FAZR6, Looks great. The fairing on your bike looks different than the one on the web-site (TCP) and I can't find one that resembles yours. I love the way yours wraps the frame in front of the engine ( leaves room for frame sliders ) any help you could give me on finding the fairing like yours would be greatly appreciated. Thank You !
