Hi I'm new to Texas just moved to Allen from Florida. Is there any good ridding around here? Everything I have seen is straight and flat. I'm looking into doing some track days soon hit me up for a ride or whatever I ride a zx10 and a v strom so different types of rides are cool too. I just got back from a ride to Colorado on the strom the last 300 miles the stator went out so I'm ready to get the 10 out and play.

I've used this site to find some pretty nice routes. Texas Motorcycle Roads

Theres some routes leading up to Lake Texohma (I think that's how it's spelled). I'm down south of 635 in Arlington/Mansfield. Hit me up if you ever want to get out down this way.

Hi everyone. I'm a noob. This is my first sportbike and I LOVE to ride....I just don't have anyone to ride with in my area. I see a couple of you are in the Arlington/GrandPrairie/Mansfield area. Got the chance to finally meetup with Lancelot, after he said I dissed him the day before. He's a good dude to ride with. I look forward to carving up the twisties again with him. Also he made a real good suggestion about getting a bike night in or near the area.

Thanks Rhinoak...I had a blast riding with you and your friends. I learned ALOT in 4 hours of riding. Got to practice a lot of stuff. MUCH more comfortable riding today than i was last week. Punching a hole in the atmosphere was SWEET. Let's decide on a night and have a bike night here in South Tarrant county. If only 4 people show up....great. If 40 show up...even better. Just a time for everyone to get together...swap stories....and grab a bite to eat.

I am going to go ahead and buy my ticket for pit side ($68) through Ticketmaster. I really want to see the pro-stock bikes run along with seeing John Force do his thing. I'm in El Paso but just retired from the military. Looks like I'm finally moving back home to Euless in a few weeks. Are there any organized riding clubs or groups? Not the gay Biker Boyzzz type but an actual riding club with adults?

Well my club has a few chapters around the country. If there's enough interest I may look into founding a Ft Worth chapter. Would have to figure who the dominant 1% club is there to get permission. It's probably the Banditos.

My riding buddies and I jokingly call ourselves the "G-Town Squid Squad." We are usually at all the local LSTD and RS events.

Alright I've been home two weeks now and can find no one to ride with. Found a couple of DFW groups on the web but they don't seem to do much actual riding. I'm not into hanging out in parking lots or restaurants for bike night. I bought my bike to ride hard. I don't see much happening here. If anyone wants to hook up let me know. I like long 3, 4, 5 hour weekend rides. Will probably do Glenrose this weekend.
