If you thought I was dangerous on my 650, please start praying for me now. :eek:nfloor

Damn, I spent about $400 today. I got the CCI ammo and bulk Remington ammo at wally world and got the Wolf ammo at the show. I picked up the bore cleaning kit at Davi's on the way home. This is a Ruger Mark III target pistol with 5.5" bull barrel and weaver style mount for optics. :banana

I got my plinker. :boink

I'll probably get a year membership at PDHSC now. If I go just once a month, it will be cheaper than paying every time. Their facility is ghetto compared to Davi's, but in their favor: PDHSC is fairly convenient from work (not as convenient as Davi's though) and more importantly, I can actually get some time in there during the work week before they close.

Click the pic for a larger pic.

Once I get the "ultimate clip loader", I'll probably want a few more magazines. I should be able to go through rounds 2-3x as quickly with the trick loader. Then comes the optics, blinged out tactical solutions' pac-lite barrel, and I'm in full Star Wars blaster mode.

Mike and Justin, post pic's if you have any. :eatpop

Good seeing you there Jason. Sorry I didn't hang out more but I was in a whirl buying mine and watching my buddies.

That gun is a great buy and I have never seen those accessory's you have shown such as that barrel or the optics, very space age looking.

I spent $490 today...*GULP* but I finally got my carry weapon...Here is a pic of my Springfield Armory XD Sub-Compact.
Came with a 9 rd. and 11 rd clip, belt holster, 2 mag holster, loader and case.

Me and my two friends also let the guy in the middle booth ZAP us in the leg with the 100,000 Volt Stun Gun...Not too bad...wouldn't stop me in a rage...However they ended up picking up the 800,000 Volt one that crackles like a sumbitch...I told them they mess around and shock me and I'm gonna shoot their toe off.

That pic is of a star wars blaster replica, not an actual firearm. Sorry about that! When you combine a black silver upper from tactical solutions, hogue grips, and a big scope, you get a ruger 22 similar to that pic. A big part of the appeal of this particular gun, to me anyway, is the amount of after market vendor support. The S&W model 41 is a kick ass gun, but DAMN $950+ is a LOT for a 22. I'd rather get a cheapie Ruger, trick it out, and learn as I go.

Nice pick up Mike. That is .45 right?

Actually it is the .40
I wanted a .45 but they had some kind of new .45 round that was slightly smaller but supposedly harder to find than ACP. I didn't want to deal with that.
I compared the Glock and the Sprg. Arm. and found that this one just felt better in my hand. Took me like 30 minutes to finally make a decision.
I could have got a slightly used Glock 27 for about the same price.

The .45 you saw was the .45 GAP not .45ACP. .45GAP is .45 Glock Auto Pistol. Shorter cartridge with approx. same stopping power. It's designed by Glock of course for those who want a .45 but have too small hands for the double stack .45ACP pistol grip. Good idea, but too much hassle for ammo & more expensive than .45ACP.

hey, I've got about 350 rounds of Wolf MT and nothing to shoot it through if you want it.
Johnf12, that is the round I am talking about. I figured I have enough to deal with in life and don't need to be hunting rounds that probably cost more anyway.

Gutterboy, if they are .40 cal, I willl be happy to take them off your hands :)

Woot! Heck yeah, man. We can meet up at the next group ride, or whatever is convenient for you. If you are going to Cycle Gear on Saturday, we could meet then.
