well this one was supposed to be true. That guy was riding his leather jacket BACKWARDS cause it was more comfortable and airtight. He then crashed his bike and couldn't move or something cause he broke something. A passerby thought his head was twist around 180degrees so the passerby twisted it "back", breaking the motorcyclist's neck. That is MESSED up.

Complete :bsflag . Not only would the dumbass trying to "fix" the guys head not have to totally ignore the way his feet and arms were, he'd have to be very strong.

Rotating someone's head 180 degrees takes a lot of force. It's not as easy as the movies make it out to be.
