I have a 1995 Suzuki RF600. Here is my problem, after a good ride home I pulled into my drive way and reved the engine to let my family know that I was home. And in that instant the motor stated to idle really sluggish like I flooded it out. The next morning I had fuel all over the ground. So I thought maybe I did just flood the carbs the night before. When I tried to start the motor (with the choke) and it barely ran, when I took it off choke the eng just died and would not start. So carb cleaning I went, now it will only run with the choke but real sluggish no matter how high I turn up the mixture screw. So I cleaned the carbs again and for shits and giggles did a compression test too. I have good spark on all plugs, and compression is good carbs are clean (twice) I was thinking signal generator, or maybe carb balance would fix the problem but not sure.. It will run for a few sec after I take it off choke but it sounds like one of the cylinders is not firing and the exhaust sounds real raspy, then it dies
Any other suggestions or should I go to the shop

Is one of the headers cooler than the other? If so that is the cylinder that is not working properly. It is not the ballance as that does not go out in a short time. Signal generator would not provide a good spark if not working. There is something wrong with the fuel system. Check the vacuum line to the petcock and see if it has fuel in it. Also check engine oil for fuel contamination
