If she likes the EX250, then I saw try to pick up the ex500. It should be an extremely easy jump for her.

The older CBR600 sit a little high for a 600.

How about a Kawasaki ZX600 D or E or (ZZR) depending on what year you're looking at. They sit really low and look nice. Even if they aren't too agile.

A buddy of mine had a '93 ZX-6... and had it jetted.

I'm sure you can find some pipes that will fit it too.

It's a great bike for someone who needs a low seat and it was fairly narrow too. So she should be able to get her feet down pretty easily.
