Hey everyone,

Just curious if anyone would know the approximate value for an '05 FZ6, with 27,000KM, GIVI V35 saddle bags, R6 fork mod, and Puig windscreen? My bike was totaled in a low side 2 weeks ago and I want to figure out if what my insurance company offering is anywhere close.

The ins cos are also using Buy or Sell New and Used Motorcycles - CycleTrader.com to look for market value. that's not doing anything for shipping, etc. Somehow they seem to conveniently assume a bike in FL has the same value as the same bike already in Canada......

Not really thunking of buying it back from them. Unfortunately, I could use the money for other things right now, and I don't have anywhere to store it where I could work on it during the winter. That and damn near everything on the left side was damaged, entire front end needs replacing as well as a lot of stuff at the back. The quote to fix it was $6600, so it would just be too much cost and time for me right now. I just was hoping to get a little more than what they are offering, just means I have to do more research.

I just looked and I do not see anywhere that it gives private party value. It gives dealer trade in value and dealer resale value, I see no private sale values. I could be wrong but I do not see it.

They offered $4850 after taxes, so $3850 after they take the deducable off.
