i am not responsible enough to ride this on the street and keep my license i need something more sensible so it must go, ive had offers of 8 to 9.5 how much could i get?

2004 approx. 25k
a&a blower kit 8 psi
19rcs,braking rotors,lines,cbr calipers,hh pads,fresh pirelli
hyperpro stabilizer, crg ss clutch perch, akra system, evo8 battery,
the bike is not street legal by any means no horn, signals, all safety switches bypassed, mirror is questionable etc

very very very fast bike i weigh 150 geared and from a roll on in 5th at 120kmh the front end hovers, the mid range torque is insane. 1st is terrifying on cold tires

Not street legal, not built to rules for any known racing class. Basically just a dangerous toy and very few places where one can play with it.

If somebody offered you 9.5k, take it before he comes to his senses.

If you can get $8,000 or more jump on it. It wouldn't be worth anything to me.

8k? this thing will fuckin rape any stock bike on the market today under 20k
Where? At the drag strip it will be ate up. On the track it will be a joke. On the street it isn't legal.

You built a very nice toy that is valuable to you. Finding someone that feels the same way about it will be the challenge.

It's a decade old bike with 25k miles that isn't street legal with a questionable past and performance upgrades (which screams reliability issues to me) and looks like a rat bike. If I were you, I'd jump on that 9.5k offer. You can find a ZX10 in pristine condition that hasn't been wrecked, has less than half the miles that yours has, and is street legal all day for less than that.

I think your bike is worth far less than your highest offer you've received.

While I respect the uniqueness this creation, the potential buyers list of something like it is going to be small at best. With the age and miles alone, I'd say if you can get 3 thousand or close to it I'd take it and run like you're holding a winning lotto ticket.

If you are serious about selling it, I'd recommend looking into getting it street legal again.

In its current setup it is basically a track-only bike. That's a much smaller crowd than the general sportbike population.

That is going to be a very tough sell. Unique toys have to be advertised in places/on sites that have a lot of people with more money than sense.

That said, if someone has already offered you 9.5k for it, call them NOW.

No offense but you can (could?) buy that kit for $4500 and you can easily find a low-mile zx10 of that vintage for $5k or less, so for $9500 and some assembly you get a clean-clean bike without a dubious past. Hard to say yours is even worth $8k given the mileage and butchering its received.

Take the offer for $9500 immediately. Otherwise, I'd imagine you'd be better off parting out the bike and selling it all separately.

Take what you can get. It's an ambitious build but a rare taste. Bikes like this never fetch nearly what their owners invest unfortunately.

Do as others have stated take 9.5k or whatever you get offered ASAP. Its a built toy and is a niche motorcycle which is a hard sell to other people.

Hopefully the potential buyer isn't a member here and can reference the questionable posts about the bike/owner.

Good luck
