Very easy, just install a client either ABC is also at sourceforge or Azures <-- at http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ dont touch a thing just install it and click a link, it will pop up and ya tell it where to save it and in a while (depending on how many peeps are sharin) ya got yer vid.
