EDIT: well I finally just found it on another ebay auction...RF900 Phantom.

Is the RF900 a nice helmet? I was also looking at the TZ1 Ratfink...which one would be a better helmet?

ANY helmet you can buy brand new would be better than both of those that you posted.

RF900's aren't bad, but they don't make them anymore. The new one is called RF1000. TZ1 is Shoei's cheapest helmet, I would expect the other two to be nicer.
