Non FZ6 owner here, It seems like every time I check out SBN someone has posted something in the FZ6 forums. So obviously you guys really really love your FZ6's. So what is it that makes this bike so popular? having never ridden one what I like is that they are kinda like the "swiss army knife" of bikes; Tame commuter, can rip in the twisties, tourer, bulletproof. Ok guys I didn't really have much to say other than I really admire your enthusiasm for the fz6!

It's a great bike that does everything very well. It appeals to the new rider and the experienced rider who's ready for an everyday ride that's ready to be riden hard when called upon. This subforum is a perfect display of new rider enthusiasm and it has become so large that most members feel no need to venture out for more entertainment. I sold my FZ6 for an R6 because I couldn't have two bikes but I still prefer to socialize here because it's a friendly and informative place to hang.

The FZ6 is a unique ride and very comfortable. It's in a class of it's own. There not everywhere and you get alot of nice comments.

It's an amazing machine. I have to agree with everything FAZR6 says about the bike.

When both of our bikes were brand new in '04, it was always his FZ6 that had a crowd around it
whenever our bikes were parked next to each other. :cheers

Great all around bike. I can ride the crap out of it all day and night with no back pain. Plenty of power, handles well in the twisties, Dosnt look like every other sport bike. Hardly anyone in my area has one, So I get loads of compliments and people looking at it. Went to a local spot where people hang out with bikes, Out of the 120 bikes that were there, Mine was the only FZ6. I like to be different. Love this bike!!! Im keeping this bike and buying a Super hawk to scoot around on short rides.
