The workaround - Keep an old system for doing everything but playing games (which require the latest & greatest technology - usually).

Worse yet is the next version of windows thats coming out, it will have a key and registration that if not properly regestered with MS it will deactivate the drive!

This will not 'fly', as it is a violation of the Constitution AND destruction of personal property.
