sold it because it was on a kawasaki charge card.. I financed like $14,220 for it new and broke even with what I owed when I sold it for 8k. I only had the bike from July 2008-til May 2009....The guy came from NY to come get it and did a buy it now on ebay within the first 24 hours of the auction being listed because the bike came with an extended warranty on top of it still having the 12 month warranty intact for a few more months. It only had 3,192 miles on it when I got rid of it.
I'd get another one if I had cash to pay for it but that is ways away... my tundra and student loans take all my money... it was a fun bike but I had issues with it overheating the first 1000 miles of break in.. I don't really miss my insurance bill to it either..
If you do buy a zx14. I have 3 cans of the factory color permission red in my garage w/ matte clear. I was going to redo the stickers on the bike to be real flames but I ended up getting rid of it before I had a chance to.
