We have one of these that is electric its an oldschool Kawasaki. It is incredibly difficult to "Ride" operate. I has an internal Gyroscope that spins up and helps to stabilize it but is is still pretty dificult and you need glass smooth parking lots because it has no suspension. I can say this it draws a crowd anytime you pull it out then everyone wants to try and EVERYONE crashes it trying to figure it out.

That's actually easy - he used a GL2 or a VX2100 with a top handle and likely hung out an open window in a car or the back of a truck. We use camera angles like that all the time doing the same thing.
