I just recently purchased a digital camcorder and the editing software that comes with is not very useful.

is there any good software that i can get or buy ??
list plz....thx :)

Adobe Premier all the way, spendy, but very worth it.

^^^ not to mention a bit difficult to use if your new to it..... If your a win XP user look to Moviemaker 2 its installed and on your start menu already. It's super easy to use and free. Great way to learn and then decide what to spend lots of hard earned $$$ on.... you can easily go well over the 1000 mark on editing software.

I use Sudio DV by Pinnacle. Very easy to use, back then "its old now" I spent bout $80 and it came with the Fire Card. Only thing that sucks is it doesnt allow u to slow a scene down. Thats a definet must when doing Bike vids.
