Anyone knows how to use adobe premiere elements? If so, please give me a hand!

I've been trying to create a short 3 minute video for the past 4 hours. Whatever I do the final exported video will always be stuttering and jerky. I changed the fps and pixel ratio to match that of my go pro's videos, I changed the audio to match the mp3 I'm using as a background music and the stutter did decrease significantly but it's still there and it's driving me nucking futs!

What else do I have to do to get a decent smooth video, srsly? I tried all kinds of codecs and always got a different stutter pattern (i.e. jerky at different intervals).

If anyone is into video editing - please help or my computer gets it :)

^^ youtube/vimeo ... sharing videos with friends. I just want to connect parts of my camera videos into a decent smooth video with background music.

Have you tried just uploading the finished product to Youtube and checking it out??

I have the same issue with all of my videos...choppy and jerky when viewing them on my PC, but as soon as I upload them to Youtube they show up fine when I watch them on the web.

Have you tried just using Windows Movie Maker and seeing if that makes any difference in the editing?? I know it's basic, but I've used it a couple of times with good luck.
