So,
I ordered a bunch of OEM parts from www.servicehonda.com about two weeks ago. Since then I've called them numerous times to check on the parts and find out where they are. They continued to tell me the parts are here and didn't know why they hadn't shipped them to me and would send them out right away. Well I just got off the phone with Mike the parts manager (complete dick who has no interest in pleasing his customers :pisson )
Anyway, tonight (two weeks after I placed the order) he said he would re-order the parts from Honda and get them to me ASAP.....yep they hadn't even ordered them from Honda yet!!!!! WTF!!
Needless to say, I will NEVER order parts from Service Honda again.

That's odd, but I guess stuff like that will happen in just about any buisness anymore. I've dealt with them a few times and had no problems. However, like you said, whoever I talked to on the phone kinda acted like he was "somewhere else" if you know what I mean, but they still got the job done.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience with them. I've ordered from them several times, only once I did have a bit of a hiccup, but nothing major and they fixed it. First off after my bike got damaged back in December by some jeuvanile (sp?) deliquants (looong story) I needed a new right side fairing. Took the bike into the local stealership where I bought it for an estimate (hey these punks are paying for it, might as well make it the highest one!) and when I picked it up the RO had the list of things with part #'s. So I went to service honda and ordered the fairing with the part # my dealer put on the sheet. Well I get the fairing and it's a yellow one for a black/yellow F4i. Come to find out my dealer put the wrong part # on the sheet (they had the bike there, I guess I figured they'd know what color it was :rolleyes ). So I sold it on ebay for the same as I payed cuz they would charge 20% restock fee plus I would pay shipping (to which I said... hell no!), since it was a mistake on my part not theirs. Call and give them the correct part #, it arrives at my house and I got all excited, until I opened the box to find the exact same yellow F4i fairing yet again. Send this one back and call them again, give them the part # again. Next one was the correct red fairing, so I was happy. Didn't have any other problems though, they refunded my $ and payed the shipping costs and everything. Actually they didn't even charge me any shipping on the 2nd and 3rd ones. Other than that though never had any problems with anything else.
