Sounds like an alignment issue to me also, I don't see how a dealer can't tell if the alignment is right, that doesn't really make sense. Here's a free bump for you anyhow.

In an accident serious enough to bend the front forks, the frame could also be bent. Have that checked at a reputable shop.

In the meantime, I suggest you stop riding as a matter of your safety until the problem is corrected.

I think If you bought a 04 r6 and almost totaled it you should stop hiding forever! J/K hope you get it fixed. My bike feels like it is steppen out also!

I'll throw in my 1 1/2 cents just because nobody's mentioned it.....you had a buttload of front end damage...you sure you don't have a problem with your front brakes, such as, the right-side caliper is dragging? Just a thought...look for abnormal wear or one side having less pad than the other.
