Here's my problem and maybe a caution to people who purchase items on EBAY.

I wanted to trick out my bike and wanted to buy a decent undertail for my R-1. So I found a undertail from www.pimpbike.com It was a great price most of the undertails out there cost about $150 or even more, I purchased for $120 with shipping. To make the long story short, I won it on ebay on June 9 and now its june 25 and still no undertail. I e-mailed them a few times, no response. I even called them a few times and finally got in touch with a guy and he assured me that he'll get back to me and e-mail me when he finds out when they sent it......thats a week ago. Now I just want my money back. Too bad I can't get in touch with them. I should have spent a little more money and purchased it from another company.

My point don't purchase from www.pimpbike.com or his store from ebay! Just wanted to inform the motorcycle community this was my experience with this company along with a few other people.

Go to Ebay's security center,a nd file a fraud report. Since its over $25 they will help ya, and you may also be able to get the FBI in on it. They have an internet fraud division.

Gixxer is right, let them know and they will investigate the company. That is too bad, I am an ebay seller and a purchaser; people like that make it hard for the rest of us.

I love Ebay ! You just gotta be careful. I pay for things with a USPS money order, and send it certified mail with delivery confirmation. The people HAVE to sign for it, and then its recorded when and who signed it.

i bought an undertail from them before they became pimpbikes. they did take a while to reply to my emails but they did. the undertail took a while to come in also, i'm guessing because it's coming from canada.

We have been on Ebay 5 years selling our tails and we give the best service out of anyone selling undertails on the net.

This guy from England decided to cheap out and pay the cheapest for shipping which is ground and can take a Month from Canada. He was notified about this. Had he paid for UPS he would have had it in 3-4 days.

We stopped sending using regular post because of problems like this. Sure we end up loosing a sale because most don't want to pay the added cost of UPS, but we don't end up getting a bad rap either.

Any shipment to the USA goes out UPS now and is always shipped the next morning after payment has been recieved. Shipping to USA and Canada is free!

We are working on adding our new products to the website such as New LED lights, Huggers and Windscreens. Along with a whole bunch of other trick parts and online ordering.

Our Tel phone number Is on the first line of our Ebay auctions and on the Website. Customer service is our #1 priority!

We are in the office 9-5 est but we are always in the shop and answer the phone even after hours.

I don't know either of the parties involved but I will attest getting something shipped from Canada is a whore as far as wait, and I am the US. It took another company well over a month to get my untertail to me and it wasn't their fault. I think the bottleneck is the customs and border shipping issues.

It's all about feedback as far as i'm concerned. And that theory's worked for me so far 100+ good buys (Knock on wood)... sure i've had some items come later, or the wrong item, but the sellers are almost always willing to rectify the problem...

People, don't mark off ebay and internet buying as bad just because some guy is posting up his horror stories on all the sites he can find(hence 1 post)... just be smart about who you buy things from. And I don't even sell stuff online...

hello friends
don't know them, but in their defense i have bought stuff from people on e-bay and have taken 3-5 weeks to recieve some stuff, and that was from somebody less than 500 miles away.
I have sent things to others in differant states that took 3 weeks to get there. your tax dollars at work when using the usps.
