they do make them, yes. but most of the time you buy them as a jacket and a pair of pants separate, not as a two piece. go to www.newenough.com and you can browse through their inventory. you might be able to find something, but I don't see the point in getting a two piece unless you have the sliders. you can always remove them if you don't want them on right then.

You don't have to put your knee down if you wear leathers. The knee pucks are usually held on with Velcro so they come off "easily". 2 piece suits will most likely come with Velcro for knee pucks, but some might not.

First Gear makes a jacket and pants with no sliders. I think you can get the older model S-Pilot jacket and Flightline pants at Motor Cycle Closeouts really cheap. I wear them and like them a lot. The jacket has armor, a snap out liner and zipper vents.

How hard is it to sew the hook part of the vel-cro onto a pair of pants that doesn't have it? I have a pair of leather pants that do not have anywhere to attach knee sliders. While I currently can't get a knee down, it probably won't be long before I do. I really don't want to mess up my leather pants by dragging them on the ground. I have heard that the hook part of the vel-cro can be sewn onto the pants to allow the attachment of sliders. Has anyone done this? Was it difficult?

Dunno about the different brands, but on my Alpinestars GPU suit, the hook part of the velcro is on the sliders and the soft part is on the legs.
