In the 3rd and 4th pic's it looks like your rear tire is worn pretty bad - to the point where it has a substaintial flat in the middle. If it truely did have a flat spot in the middle then that could have caused a handling issue when transitioning from verticle to the side of the tire. That can be a real confidence killer for newer track riders because leaning the bike over is generally not a smooth action in that situation.

Good Catch! Yes they were/are wore out. Wanted new one before we went but didnt have the funds. The front is in the same shape the have about 8xxx and 25xxx miles of commuting on them. The sides still looked new so when we got there I ask the control riders and others there thoughts and the said it would make it not handle so well but that they would evaluate me to see how well I handled her and if they were going to make me change them. I guess I did ok as they pointed out that I needed to set her up for me, get her some new shoes before my next time out. that way they could better evaluate me as they think I (and 2 of my riding buddys) may need to be moved to the intermediate class.... dont think Im ready for that yet as i would like to get a few more days under me and really get the feel of things out there and not be a safety hazard to any of the other riders or me for that matter.

Thanks for your input! was there any thing else that you saw from the vid/pics that I need to work on first???

looks good

remember to "kiss" that inside mirror. and in the last pic your hips look kinda pointed away from the corner, you want them pointed towards the corner.

After watching the vid I noticed that my head and shoulders where not squared up with my hips. My head was more over the the tank in stead of "kissing" the mirror.

Good comments/pointers thank you guys for that. Keep them coming...
