I've been riding at least twice a month all winter. It is around freezing in the morning but 60's on the way home. I'll ride full time now unless the weather is really bad. My regular sport bike friends are all on the road now too.

I just brought my bike into Pete's cycle to have the idle speed controller replaced, can't wait to get it back to go riding again. This whole week of 70 degree weather is such a tease.

My club is tentivly planning a ride to dover downs delaware on the 7th of April (saturday). You are all more than welcome to join us. not very many curves probably just a chilt ride for the most part as it will be our first ride of the season together. when we get to the casino we are just going have lunch at their all you can eat buffet - walk it off in the casino for a couple minutes - and then ride back. if your interested in riding with us just let me know and we can arrange meetup points and times. Jan and Feb were the only months I didn't ride. My commute is an hour, and with my current gear, I get distractedly cold after 30 minutes at 40 degrees.

This week looks good for commuting.

I've been out there all winter, even the adv riders were hiding for some reason. Only a few really hard mornings but boy the squids are running wild around 695 now. It sure is nice to see some flowers and green instead of the endless cold wet grey.

Sounds like a great idea, I think I might very much be interested in this.

Never rode north of Bel Air, and I live right there in Forest Hills LOL. I just moved here last year and I always head south to go to work so I have no clue what is North of me. This year is my first full season here in MD with my bike so I fully intend and exploring the area a bit. Have any suggestions?

North of Belair is when it starts to get good- essentially the north side of Rt1 on both sides of the Susquehana, and west to 70W. Southern PA is really nice too, its a pleasant ride up through that region. Western MD is good but takes some riding to get out there.

Awesome, I'll definitely go wander myself up North then. Unfortunately it looks like it will be raining all weekend though :(

Yeah... OTOH now's my chance to do the forks and get new tires. Since my bike will be down for a while next week that will guarantee fantastic riding weather- be sure to thank me then...lol

Only going to be at meet up spot for a second so don't be late if you wanna ride.
