anyone know what makes up the Ti alloy exhaust? its not pure Ti and to weld I kinda need a hint otherwise Ill start with alum. :beer

I would have to assume it is aluminum. Wouldn't be magnesium because that would really ramp up the price. It could be a low percentage steel for more longevity. But aluminum makes the most sense since it is the economical little brother to titanium in terms of light weight and heat dissipation.

cool, Im going to try both alum and a nickle alloy I have and see how they hold :cheers

Ti isn't that easy to weld, it really needs to be extremely clean and pretty much in a field of inert gas.
