I’m not being rational? You are not being rational. I just posted a NEW YORK TIMES piece admitting they erred in trying to assign some level of culpabiliity to Palin on that matter.....the New York Times for Christsake! And your response is "I can't, not tonight?."
You are right about one thing: You can't.
I have come to the conclusion that you are a partisian hack, and nothing else matters to you. You accept no facts that don't fit your biased narrative.
Sorry bro, done with you. Take care thru this troubling time.
A CONGRESSWOMAN’s name and location were posted on a social media site with crosshairs with millions of followers to view.
She was SHOOT in the head!
There is nothing you or anyone can say that will convince me that post was not socially irresponsible. No matter the intent, what ever her point was, that was not appropriate to post. There were better ways to make her point. She choose to use violence, and violence is what happened.
While there is no direct evidence the shooter saw that post, it’s also documented there was nothing to say he didn’t see it.
Therefore, I find it socially irresponsible to reference a violent act of shooting as a way to influence your political points, remove these certain congressmen or women. That’s what Palin wanted right, she wanted them “targeted for removal” and used crosshairs. Makes me fucking sick I have to explain this.
In fact, if you resort to violence, or mention violence in any way to exert your political views, you have abandoned the democratic process, and people that abandon the democratic process and use violence to exert their political agenda, they should be labeled a terrorist.
I’m NOT calling Palin a terrorist, but her attacker can be called one, and Palin’s post is again, irresponsible as it may influenced other domestic terrorist.
