The 'O' in Oakland, stands for "Ouch"

Fair warning to all to keep your heads up on the east side. So I live by Oakland Gyros. I was coming home sunday night on Locust, just maybe 100 feet west of Oakland when I took a big-[beep] water balloon full of an 'unknown' substance to the upperchest/helmet. It probably wouldn't have been bad, but Locust's a 30mph street, so taking half a gallon of water at 35mph makes for a rather startling condition, especially when it's dark out and you don't see it coming.

I'm really growing to hate the east side the more I live here. Or at least the majority of the people.

Our house already got broken into. :( It's a duplex though, they went upstairs and stole the upstairs lady's laptop, jewlery, beer, and hamburger. Which is pretty darned ghetto if you ask me.
:cheers :leghump Yeah all that stuff they stole is pretty ghetto, except the hamburger and beer-people have needs.
I would never live on the east side, like WIgixxer1000 said "Fun to play, hate to stay" that is soo true, crack heads from the ghetto and drunk fools
Hmmm, yeah, I don't really miss it all that much....I am happy in 'tosa....its a mini me east side.
I thought the east side was mostly hippies.
and college students

Yeah, you have to be hot to live in tosa...thats why I am there of course...we have a club....

I like it because I am 10 mins from the east side, and 10 mins from work on 124th st. sure as shit beats the 45 mins - hour I had to drive when I lived on the east side.
I loved living in Tosa.. it is central to everything..

Yeah true, thats probably the only decent thing about living here, where in Tosa are you about? I'm from the village area and I hate it cuz everything closes early and I don't really like the attitudes of most the people here
Kids at the apartments at 16th and wells throw gallon zip lock bags full of water at people and cars as well.

Tom.
