Well, I sold my FZR600 and picked up a 636 for the track. Ive had the bike for a couple weeks now and have been cleaning it up and getting it race ready. Suspension is pretty much set up, but when I get to the track, it will need a bit of tweaking to set it up just right. A new seat and braided lines are in the mail, so I hope to get those within this week sometime.

Got a track day set up on June 26 and I may be going on the 25th as well, so Ill be sure to get more pics.

Thats a bad bike, great stuff. SO I am guessing you enjoy this 10x more than your FZR?

If you two would have been at TWT last Tuesday you could have seen it. Now its staying in the garage. I had to ride home with no lights. Luckily Todd and Shane were nice enough to escort be back to my house.

As for the Gixxer, here ya go:

Its hard to say right now. I havent really gotten to ride it very much. I have maybe 20 miles on this bike, and those were just tooling around in the neighborhood. Its got nice power, and now that the suspension is set up it isnt as harsh of a ride as everyone says the '03's are.

When I get it on the track, Ill give you a much better report on how it is. As of now, its a little cramped feeling. The foam pad of a seat jams your nuts against the tank, so now your bars are right in your face, and the rearsets are so high up (non adjustable) you feel like you are in the fetal position.

So I hope that the stock seat will raise me up a bit and allow me to sit back from the tank. If it doesnt, looks like Ill be in the market for some aftermarket clip-ons to push them forward and probably sell the non adjustable rearsets and pick up some adjustable ones.
