Don't know how long it has been since I have posted on this forum, or if ever for that matter.

My wife and I are pretty much bike crazy, so here's a list of our bikes:
2001 HD Dyna Glide
2004 HD Ultra Classic Screamin Eagle
2000 HD Dyna Wide Glide
2009 HD Dyna Hippo Double Dutch Bus Flamin Beagle

Just kidding, we don't own any Harley's. Never have, never will.
2002 Aprilia Mille R
2003 Aprilia Tuono
1984 GPz750
2002 YZF600r (Wife's)
2003 Ninja 250 (Wife's)
2008 Kawasaki C14
2004 GSX-R750 Track Bike

The 2002 Mille R I bought in pieces with about 60% missing. Brought it home in the back of my truck. It had been parted out, but amazingly enough the engine with a 1060 kit was still there along with Ohlins Forks and shock. It had a frame and title, missing a wire loom, sub frame, wheels, CPU, exhaust, fender, hugger, Throttle Bodies, fuel pump, etc...
Built it back with 2003 tank and plastics in Plomb Grey (Plomb means Lead in Italian I believe).
Took me a year to reassemble and source parts but it came together nicely, runs and is registered and insured.

I do need to find a legitimate frame and title for my rack bike. I'd like to put it on the street. Since I have track plastics I can switch it back and forth.
This bike is not stolen, it has never been registered or put on the street. The past 4 owners all signed the title and screwed it all up. Now the original owner is incognito and that's where I'm stuck. Been trying to get it titled for the past year with no luck.
Engine was built by Vesrah Racing and it's incredibly fast for a 750. I've ridden many 1k's and this 750 is as fast or faster. It's the best handling bike on the track in a straight line.
Need to get it on a good dyno and not some HD bike week bogus dyno to see what it really makes for power. Butt dyno says "OMG!"

Anyway, just dropped in to say "Hey".
Later
Jack

My current bike: '07 GSX-R750. Bought it new in early '08, traded my gsxr600 for it. A decision I still regret a little. Not getting the 750, but trading the 600. Should have kept it and still got the 750. This is my favorite bike so far of all the bikes I've had though. It can be a temperamental pain in the ass sometimes, but mostly it's a really great bike. Does everything I want it to do well enough that I haven't felt the need to replace it or buy anything new. I can ride it literally all day and still walk when I get off of it. It's fun, handles and runs well, has been reliable except for one issue with the reg/rectifier.

Mods:

ASV shorty levers
Galfer SS FR brake lines
Vortex clip-ons
Vortex rearsets
GP shift
Yoshi R-55 slip-on
PCIII USB (Mapped & dynoed by Dynoworks)
K&N air filter
Techspec tank grips
Swingarm spools
Woodcraft Frame sliders
Fender eliminator
Suzuki gel seat
Yoshimura case savers
Power socket
Gas cap mount ring for a Bag Connections tank bag from Twisted Throttle
I had the suspension set for me, for track riding, by Todd at TTR (RIP) when the bike was new. Still need to rebuild or upgrade it, which is what I said the last time we did this kind of thread.

An older pic, but it still looks pretty much the same

More recent pic all loaded up for a road trip

KTM supernonsense .. Absolutley barking howl at the moon madness in bike form .One of the first with the steeper steering angle for twitchyness and light switch throttle for ummm more twitchyness .. Akras , tank from an 06 , Pazzo levers a shorty for the brake standard length for the clutch, starter sprag upgrade done . ....the rest is top notch out the box and hard to improve .. brembos ,WP ,domino etc . Wants to stand on its back wheel , hates traffic , will punish you for unnecessary traffic light revs by coughing out and making you look a right twat . Handles like a sports bike , rides like a crosser ,clutch is only for getting going after that it much prefers clutchless shifts . enforced rest breaks every 70 - 80 miles . Total pig to do a service on till you get the sequence down . Full of orangey goodness ...Worth every penny , keep it forever bike )))))))))
