If you're talking about posting it on the forums, then the admins have to set the attatchments portion of the forum to allow the file type before you can post them as an attatchment. If they have not done so, then you need to upload it to a personal website and post the link in the forums.

How do I post a sound bite, or a video clip that I have saved on my harddive? How do I reformat it to achieve the post?
