Thats does not seem to be fake, it's a test firing of a Javelin missle. They film it from all angles for the analysis part afterward.

A video of that quality was probably only 30 FPS... and the time you can actually see the missle is very short, I highly doubt 5 seconds, go back and watch it again. If I knew how to make smoke, I gaurantee you that I could fake that. It would be a lot of effort but I could do it.
