I plan to go up towards Holy Hill after work for a spin before the Wednesday Wings. I'll be taking it leisurely, for the most part, especially as I'm unsure of road conditions.

Anybody want to join me?

Fancy seeing you here! I work til 4, but then I have class @ 6. It's supposed rain at 9 so I don't think I'll be getting the bike out tomorrow..... If my class didn't go til 10 I wouldn't be so afraid of gettin caught in the rain on the way home. Bah! I'm going to miss out...

oops, I thought this was for tomorrow. So how did it go today? I ran home on lunch and traded my car for the bike. So I got some riding in today.

It did get a little chilly at the end of the night, but the road conditions were a lot nicer than I had expected. They really carved down one of the hills on Hogsback Rd., but it's still a fun area to ride around.

I'll definately be going back, so I'll post again when I do.

Yes I noticed they repaved it at first. Then I noticed that I wasn't doing a big wheelie without trying down the backside of the hill.

They must have really cut that part of the hill down. Or maybe they filled it in more to make it less dramatic.

Even if you don't push it around there it is a very beautiful part of the state. But like Dorao said, go explore up there. find the rustics and enjoy! You really can't get lost as (in my experience) you always end up on a major road or find yourself right where you started.
