Anyone with experience with suspension tuning? Am going to set mine up this weekend. I'm 220 lbs and was wondering about anyone elses setup.

(preload, rebound + compression dampening) for front and rear.

Any inputs appreciated!

I forgot to mention; this is for a general street setup.

do a google search for "Static sag", it'll tell you how to set your preload, front & rear. Rebound & compression are set more by feel than anything else.

Doing that isn't really suspension "tuning" as much as it is suspension setting.... tuning your suspension would require springs for your weight (stock springs weren't made to support someone of your size), different fork oil thicknesses, changing the valves etc. But since this is just for a general street bike, you might be OK with the stock set-up..... although you'd probably be happier if you put some money into it for springs & thicker oil.
