Very tempting. If I feel ok/awake in the morning (I have to work until 3am the night before) I may join you for some/all of it. Any ideas for a meeting point? Any special route planned out?

Tom.

I was thinking of Denny's on Silvernail in Waukesha. Figure we could grab a quick breakfast too. As for a route, I have nothing specific in mind. I was thinking though, We found some awsome roads when we went to the Crud Run in Leeland, so I was thinking of starting off in that direction, but if anyone knows that area better than I, I'm open to suggestion.

Yesterday was way to windy to ride anyway. I had to ride from New London/Oshkosh area back down to Waterford and it sucked balls. Two hours of getting tossed around by the wind was a B.

:lol I laughed for several minutes after reading that. Thanks. :twofinger
Why, because you like riding in the wind? The ride would of been fine without the wind gusts. I don't care if you ride two hours or twenty hours, wind can make any ride a pain in the ass. I would rather ride in rain or wintery conditions than through strong wind. But I guess my ride wasn't long enough for me to complain though, sorry.

No, It's just that it's summer in WI. You've got to take what you can get here. Have you ever come across a perfect riding day? :D It's always too cold, too warm, too windy, too cloudy, too sunny, too calm, etc for you. :lol :twofinger :twofinger

Most of the time I ride when its comfortable and enjoyable. What I don't do however is ride in crappy conditions just to say that I did or to try to prove something. There were three months since April 2003 that I didn't ride, December, January and February. In Novemer I even rode in the snow (not necessarily by choice, but riding in temps below freezing that day was a choice). But generally I don't like riding in extreme weather, extreme wind or getting poured on, oh well, sorry.
