I have just emailed one of the local welding shops to see if they are interested in fabricating some stainless steel handlebars. They would be 7/8" bars with an inner diameter of 14mm, with a 30mm rise and 90mm pullback and an overall length of 690mm. I'm hoping they can do it for around the same price as LSL ($70). The only diff is that these will be a lower rise than what LSL has. The specs should be enough to clear the tank and mirrors at full lock. The reason for stainless is that it should absorb the vibrations a lot better than what aluminum will. If the price is equal to that of what LSLs are, would anyone be interested in ordering a set?
