Check rotor and disc pads and make sure they're to specification and all moving parts are not binding. If all mechanicals are to spec, proceed as follows:
1) Scratch up the rotor disc with coarse sandpaper until the glaze/shine is rubbed out. Note: You are not removing material, just taking the glaze/shine off lightly and evenly on both sides of the rotors!
2) Follow by spraying brake cleaner. Note: Do not spray on rubber, plastic or paint.
3) Lubricate all moving parts with manufacturer's recommeded lubricant. Note: Do not over lubricate and refrain from contaminating the disc pads and rotors with lubrication.
