Has anyone spraypainted their wheels? I'm thinking of spraying my wheels white. I dont have the money for powder right now so I was going to use spray paint . Just wondering if anyone here has done this and how did they turn out ?

It could turn out pretty good, but you'll need to invest quit a bit of time/elbow grease to make it look good.

I've done it to a car, it turns out looking pretty good, just make sure to clean the wheels thoroughly, apply a primer, spray them, then spray on a clear coat. It'll look pretty decent really and it has decent wear resistance, plus the clear helps you clean them off, just dont use a wire brush or anything abrasive on them after you paint them.

If you are good with paint and know how to shoot with a spray can you wouldn't be asking.

Since you're asking you don't.

Can it be done? Yes.
Will it save you money? Yes.
Will it look like shit? More than likely.
Are you better off not doing it? Yes.

You do know you can get them powdered for around 60 bucks.....if you don't eat out once or twice you will easily pay for that.
