thats not a bad looking bike but i would do like ben said and try to get him down to 2500 to 2800 price range if thats what you want.
Well I would prefer something other than the ninja 500, I can't finance a bike. I don't have a credit history, and I've only been working at my current job for 9 months now. So no banks, or dealerships will look at me without a cosigner. Which I don't have.i agree tiger. it may be cheep but thats not all ways a good thing. you should look around local. there are bikes for sale every day in the paper. bikes sales are very slow right now and you should be able to get a good deal on a new ninja 500 from sappingtons. you haven't road over 100 miles at one time so why get a bike with a lot of power when you really only need a mid range bike that will last you for about 2 years. the 500 is a very good all around bike for a beginer rider. hell i know guys who have been rideing for years that can out corner me and i have a 1400cc bike. it's the rider and the bike. you need both to be good.
I was going to suggest Craig's List. That is the best place to find a bike locally. I would check in St Louis and Memphis. Both close enough that you could go check out a potential bike.
it's about the same as we are being that bluff is 30 min or more from piedmount. wappapello has some sweet roads. they just tend to have gravel and sticks in the roads.man you live that close to peadmont and only ride 30 miles at a time. no shit are you crazy the roads out you way kick ass.
