If your serious, I would like to let you know it takes more than just a sparkling personality to get a job here.

Minimum requirements are a 4 year degree (science typically ie, chemistry, genetics, or like me biochemistry)

must also pass an extensive background check that is done by a state DCI agent.

other than that any bloke who can hold a test tube qualifies.
