Watsen designs!! http://www.watsendesign.com/index.html

Perfect fit and easy to install. No cutting or modding, other than doing some re-wiring depending on how you want them set up (Marker lights/Signals or No Marker lights/Signals)

Cost: $135.00 CDN shipped. They can also be found sometimes on eBay.

NOTE: Watsen's are NOT DOT approved! So they are technically 'illegal' in the eyes of the law.

Here is a link to my site that shows installation and all the various wiring diagrams you may need: http://www.members.shaw.ca/fazed/led blinkers.htm

You have to cut the stock signals if you want to use the harness as the singlas come with bare wires... I cut mine.

Would a realy and resistors still be required with the R6 flushies? I read before that you need a realy with the watsens in order for them to dual as running lights.
There are a lot of aftermarket flushies. With the Watsens, yes, you need a relay for them to blink "off" when they're on all the time. Follow the instructions that comes with the lights that you buy.

Do you know any flushie brands that do not require a relay and resistors?
Do you want us to come over and install it for you too?? :rolleyes

Most aftermarket lighting, especially LED ones, are going to require a little re-wiring of your own. It's usually pretty straight forward and simple to do and is nothing to be scared of. Wiring instructions and how to's can be found on here.

they need to be the "three" wire design, then they will work fine as a replacement for the stock signals. If they are LED lights they will all require a resistor due to the lack of energy they use. They fool the Yamaha relay into thinking it has a burnt out bulb, hence the fast blink rate. If you can live with the blink rate then no problem.
