It did on mine, however, I also changed the mufflers at the same time and I think that also helped as the stock exhaust seemed to be touching the frame and seat pan in different places.
At this point, I'd have to say possibly. The overall feeling is smoother, but I also have the uber-dorked Cali model, which I'm sure was running nearly fatally lean to pass our excessive air laws
Ya lose a little bit of economy when the power commander is installed. It still depends on how hard you ride the bike. I usually didnt care how often i filled her up as long as i was getting somewhere and having a good time doing it.
