I have an 03 R6. The signals in the front have 3 wires coming out of them

Left side:
Black
Blue
Brown

Right side
Black
Blue
Green

The new signals have only 2 wires
Black
Black and White together

I am not sure what wire on the new lights go to the wires on the bike!!!

Someone told me a way and it doesn't work!! I already blew up a fuse trying this. I just looked through the owner's manual and the service manual and I don't see anything about the color coding of the wires.

Could someone please tell me what wires to connect from the light to the bike????????????????????

I have no clue what each colored wire means (ie negative, positive or whatever!)
Thanks in Advance!!

Here's what I think when I look at that:

Black - Ground
Blue - Constant Voltage
Brown/Green - Alternating voltage which is the signal which lights up the bulb - side-specific.

Could have the black and blue switched, but it's doubtful. Measure this stuff with an ohmmeter/voltmeter if you have one. It'll help you out greatly.

Hope this at least gets you started on the right track.

Blue is for the running lights. Most flushmounts/shortstalks don't have running lights (dual filament bulbs) hence the 2 wires. Ignore the blue wire. Hook black to black, and Brown/Green to the other wire (normally the black striped wire on flushmounts) and you should be fine.
