I could of sworn I just posted this. I wanna go try to beat this record (personal record that is) this week.

nicely done, but dont know what kind of bike you have
get your 60 foot under 1.8 and you will get into the low 11's and high tens real fast. Should hit the 1/8 th mark at least in the 7.6's and 7.5's

Thats a foul. .500 is perfect, anything less and you jumped the gun.

Not unless its a pro-gas light (not a progressive light).
wEll, we call it pro-gas but basically its the staging lights, then all three yellow then green (which is a .400 light)
Progressive light, is the staging lightes, succession yellow lights drop, then green (which is a .500 light)
I dont know how I pulled this off, but it started to drizzle at the track right when i started to stage, so they sent me off against a car.

Reaction : .723
60ft : 1.903
1/8th ET : 7.453
1/8th MPH : 100.21
1/4th ET : 11.412
1/4th MPH : 124.62

I wasn't even being serious so my RT and 60ft sucked. This is on a fully stock 99 R6. The only modification is a reverse shifter.
I have read somewhere that 4 stroke 250cc bikes go for about an average time of 18sec for a 1/4 mile.

We (friends and me) have timed our self on a street behind my house which is nearly privat u could say, so no other car at all no extra risks etc... however with my supertuned ( :D ) 74cc bike I needed 17sec for a 1/4... I was realy proud of that *big smile all over the face*

Sung what kinda of bike do you have?? Still that isn't bad your 60 foot time was ok and your reaction too. But that is one fast ass bike your trying to catch.
I have a 1999 CBR600F4. A banged up one at that, but the engine gets definitely gets its fair share of TLC.

I'm thinking about getting a lowering link to lower the rear and front straps and possibly going down a tooth in the front (already up two in back). I think with that and some (ok a lot) more practice I should be able to hit high 10s by the end of the season.

What do you guys think?
Best time I got was:

1/8th mile in 8.43 @ 88.93mph. Reaction was .903, 60ft was 2.198, 330ft was 5.68. That was my first time at the track, and the first week I had ridden my F4, so I'm guessing I should be able to get into the 7's with some practice.
