As some of you may or may not know but I run the little online store here on Sportbikes.net

Recently I had a costumer that ordered a part that is on back order.

I sent him a email and gave him a call. He was totally impressed that I called him back just to give him a update. Seemed wierd to me..

He said he orders a lot of stuff on the web and many times its on back order and he wont get a phone call or a email for notification.

He was just grateful for a update. And I told him I will give him a call when it ships.


so anyways. I just found it funny that sure we all like great prices on the web.. but sometimes all we want is a phone call for a update. I tend to like to know when i am going to get my product.. dont you?
