I'm looking to put a slip-on exhaust on my 06 FZ6. I see that some of you use a PCIII with some slip-ons and others don't. Can I get some information on which slip-ons require a PCIII and which don't. Also, what are the dangers of running without a PCIII? Thanks

It is my understanding that no slip-ons "require" a PC. However, to optimize the performance of the system, it is a necessity. And to really get the most out of the set-up, you'll need to do a dyno. There should be no harm in running without one - but your results may vary.
