Yes, there are places that can paint helmets. No, it wouldn't be worth it as it would likely cost close to $200 to get a good paint job that wouldn't peel. Doesn't black "go" with anything? I wouldn't worry about it. Next helmet, get white or something.

All my gear is yellow-based, and my bike is silver w/ orange. I mean, I could have gotten gear that matched (don't see much orange gear, though) a bit better, but then once I got a new bike, it would be pointless.
There are people out there that can airbrush all kinds of stuff on your helmet - any design you want. As mentioned, though, you could easy spend more than $200 on a good helmet paint job. You might be better off just selling it for what you can and buying a new one with graphics already on there. Hell, for the price of helmet and paint, you could have gotten your favorite replica.
