I posted here because didn't see a better sub-forum for it. Besides, there are probably more die-hards or activity on this sub-forum than any other. Does the SBN site go down a lot for you? I get so sad at least a few times a day when the site is unavailable for a few minutes. It's not my connection because other sites work at the same time.

It goes down each night at 1am, and 2am for a couple of minutes while doing its backup. A number of us have noticed this. (Those of us who frequent the chat room that is.)

Look up top, under the SBN logo... You will see some links. Home, Message Board, etc... The one marked Online Chat click that one, and go to the FZ-6 room. We are usually there around 10pm CST. Usually just about 4 of us are the main people who go in a lot.

Must be Bellsouth. I can't get in right now (has happened several times tonight and happens all the time) on my home computer but vpn'd into work and can hit SBN from there. Logged off and couldn't get in from home.

WTF?

I experience the back up down time that Enygma was talking about every now and again. A few months ago during the day I was having a hard time getting to the site, maybe for a week, but all times before, and after, that week it has been fine...

I hope the issue gets resolved for you!

+1...No probs here except maybe in the wee hours of the morn when the database is being updated...
