In theory, deceleration places more weight on the front, which makes the slapper worse. A little acceleration, again, in theory, should UNweight the front wheel and help straighten it out. Weirdly enough, in a pretty long time of riding, I've never had more than a little wobble. Lucky me, knock on wood.
