I think they updated to the sharper tail peice in 97... I only paid 2500 bucks with 2 helmets and matching coat... it has 3000 miles... one of my good friends bought it new in 97 (last years model) and only drove it 2 summers...

He was real anal about letting people ride it or even sit on its been under a blanket its whole life.

Its surprizingly FAST! I didnt think It was going to be this quick.. I took out my buddies 2003 R6 but a bike length.. I think its because I can launch better... They got like 11.00 out of it stock from cylceworld that year... not to shabby for a over weight 600
