I know, Pat...I have become my nemesis, a computer freak...I haven't been to the gym once since the wreck...And I've still got a long road...

I'm healing though and have my plastics fixed...I can actually raise my arm on my own (almost), and can work on the bike somewhat....

If you look at my post count pre-wreck and post-wreck, it's like night and day...I agree that I'm in front of this thing way too much, but things will get back to normal for me soon...
