I decided to clean and lube the chain yesterday and thats when I discovered the noise coming from the rear. I was thinking it might be the chain being loose but it doesn't sound like it? Could it the bearings?

Thanks for any input you could provide :)

Not a clue. Pull the wheel apart and check everything. That doesn't sound good.

Do you feel anything while driving down the road?

No vibrations at all. Only noticed it when I raised the rear wheel for chain cleaning.

Lol. It happens. It sounds like a playing card in bike spokes just really loud.
