when i get new tires i take every chance i get to lean them far over, but not hard. like a couple 180s or 90 at max lean which will get most of the outter layer off...and then go do some twisy riding and just take it down a notch or 2 for the first 30 minutes...then jsut go at it.
when i get new race rubber, i go 3/4 my orginal pace for the first 2 laps (6 miles at most) and then ride 10/10's. tires scrub in easier/faster than you think...
